This website is operated by PCOPHV LIMITED trading as Atal Motors, company number 14961694. Registered office: Nationwide Storage (AM15), 620 Western Avenue, London, W3 0TE. Our showroom is at 122–124 Leagrave Road, Luton, LU4 8HX.

Enquiries and purchasing

The website displays vehicles and lets you contact us. It does not take online payments or complete a vehicle purchase. An enquiry does not reserve a vehicle or form a sales contract. Any reservation, deposit, purchase or delivery arrangements will be agreed separately, with their terms provided before you commit.

Vehicle information

Contact us before travelling to confirm availability. We aim to keep prices and descriptions accurate and will correct errors when identified. Mileage is labelled with its source where available and can increase through use. MOT dates refer to the recorded expiry date. Ask us about the vehicle’s current condition, specification, service history, import documentation and any vehicle-history checks before purchase.

Some photographs have been prepared with adjusted lighting or backgrounds. Please inspect the actual vehicle and ask for original photographs or close-ups of any details you want to check. Photographs do not replace the agreed description or your consumer rights.

Prices and promises

The displayed amount is the vehicle asking price in pounds sterling. Any additional services and charges must be disclosed and agreed separately. No finance, warranty, delivery or part-exchange service is promised unless specifically agreed with you.

Your rights

Nothing in these terms limits your statutory consumer rights, including rights relating to goods that are faulty or not as described. Any rights that apply to a distance sale remain unaffected. These website terms are not a replacement for the terms of an agreed vehicle sale.

Website use and external links

Please use the website lawfully and do not attempt to disrupt its operation or misuse its content. Links to WhatsApp and Google Maps lead to services operated by other organisations. We may update the website and these terms as the service changes.
